Come enjoy our rustic modernized cabin in the trees. This romantic secluded cozy 3 bedroom 2.5 bath luxurious home with long range mountain views of slopes and the mountain tops awaits your arrival. Enjoy everything Beech Mountain has to offer from skiing, mountain biking, hiking, golfing and so much more! The lower level is the sleeping area. 3 bedrooms 2 baths each well appointed for all your needs. This level sits on a formulation of very large boulders where deer might be lounging on top. The bedrooms each come furnished with soft linens but not too soft mattresses which allows for a great nite sleep. The bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds the kids just love this room. The master has very nice queen bed and its own flat screen tv and bath not mention a beautiful long range view through the trees of the mountains. The last bedroom has a large queen bed with a view of the boulders around the property. There is a laundry area to help navigate through some of the finer details.
The wonderful property offers an abundance of wildlife. Usually the deer sleep on the front boulder collection just after their feast on the leaves from the lots behind the home. There is a fire ring outback that has many Adirondack chairs surrounding it. Please burn only what you will stand by and enjoy. We try to maintain the wood supply but remember no pine in the home and please leave some for others. We start the season off with plenty of firewood but do not actively restock along the year, wood can be purchased at Fred’s.
The home is centrally located near to all and by the beech resort, beech club, Fred’s if you forget something u might require, as well as many restaurants and brewery.
Remember snow can fall and will so awd 4wd and or chains may be required at times. The home is on a quiet road with very little traffic. The roads do get plowed but it is the mountains so we never know if we are first or second to have it done. There are many great hikes from right out our front door. Let the kids enjoy outside or walk the woods.
While your stay we use a keyless entry system that is unique for you. There is no special time to get here once u are past check in.
We cannot predict what the weather can or will do, although we always hope it’s ideal for your stay. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and hope to host you soon. If there is any problem we have local people who can lend a hand. All the contact info is readily available for your convenience.
The Space:
There is an outside patio for taking in the sunset or a covered area to relax and get out of the sun. The upstairs is a very large room perfect for gathering where you can enjoy the entire family. This room is a cumulation of 3 rooms. The wood burning fire place is surrounded by a couch and chairs to witness the ever changing colors of the mountains or majestic color of the fire. The fire place has a rock chimney that stretches to the vaulted ceilings exposing the wood beams and timber mantle. There is a flat screen tv and a few old school games to enjoy with the whole family. Some can sit at the breakfast bar over looking a gorgeous fully equipped granite kitchen while your family prepares dinner. Or perhaps you prefer to sit at the huge farm style dinning room table that sits under the deer antler chandler. The upstairs is for entertaining which has plenty of seats and a bathroom off to the side. This is perfection after a long drive or a tough day of skiing or hiking, enjoy sipping local wine or even local foods, look for the brochures of these places and more in the kitchen.
